Ash-Shu‘arā’ is the 26th chapter of the Qurʾan with 227 verses. Many of these verses are very short. The chapter talks about various prophets and their tribes. Also how the disbelievers were destroyed after threatening prophets with death. It also talks about the mercy of God.
